Music Mood

Recently i was trying to move music from an old computer to my new computer, to Re-sync my Zune. (Zune kicks Ipod Ass!)Unfortunately, I am a music connoisseur. I have music to match each and every mood. I have over 8000 songs on my old computer and almost 1300 on my new computer, mostly from new cds. So i have 7500 songs i need to transfer over. It became clear to me in the past week, that music tends to match my mood. When i am upset and angry, i like to blast Papa Roach, Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, or similar artists. When i am in a good mood, i love to listen to Avril Lavigne, Coldplay, One Republic, soundtracks, or Dance Party Jams, basically anything with a good beat. When i am sad or depressed, i reach for evanescence, enya, something slow… This morning i was feeling very happy and was listening to the backstreet boys, a good blast from the past. Now, i am a little pissed off, so im listening to 30 seconds to mars

Music is amazing!! Sometimes i wonder, where we would be without it??

Life would be an endless chain of days of deafening silence. Life would be constricting. Artists who have touched each and one of our lives would never would have made an impact like they have. We would not have Bono from U2, who has generously and courageously given an unfathomable amount of money to starving and suffering nations. We would not have the breathtaking songs like “What a wonderful world” we would not have songs that remind us of such events as; weddings, graduations, funerals, birthdays, holidays, and all those special times we share with one another. We would not have songs like “Ocean Avenue” “I Dont Want to Miss a Thing” “Save Tonight” “Shine” “Hero” “Wait for You” “Iris” “Stop and Stare” “Only Hope” “Baby Got Back” “Blue” our life would be filled with the bone chilling sound effects of our seemingly boring life. We take the talent of musical artists for granted, we will never know the extent and power music has over our lives, appreciate it. explore, and create.

Music is amazing, give it credit where credit is due.
